The Shoe Station - Easy Returns and Exchanges

Thanks a bunch for choosing The Shoe Station. Your happiness with our shoes is what keeps us going! Below is our easy-breezy return and exchange policy, so you know the drill:

1. When Can You Return or Exchange?

a. Damaged Goods
- If your shoes arrive looking like they've been on a wild adventure without you, we're here to fix it! Snap some pics and reach out within 7 days. We'll sort you out.

b. Oops, Wrong Shoes!
- If you get a surprise in your box and it's not the one you ordered, shout out to us within 7 days. We'll send you what you wanted or refund you—your call!

2. How to Make It Happen

a. Chat with Us:
- Drop a message to our friendly customer service team at shoestation56@gmail.com or give us a ring at +94 76 453 1436. Share your order number, spill the beans on the issue, and show us some pics if you can.

b. Wait for the Green Light:
- Once we give you the thumbs up, our team will take you through the steps to get the order right.

c. Send it Back
- Pack your shoes with care, and ship it back to us.

d. Chill While We Work
- Kick back and relax. We'll get things sorted within 7 working days after we get your shoes back.

3. Golden Rules

a. Shoes should come back in their original packaging, unworn, and looking snazzy.

b. We're cool, but we might have to say no if the shoes don't meet the above rules.

4. What's in It for You:

a. For returns, choose between a full refund to your original payment method or for an exchange. (T&C apply)

b. Exchanges? We'll get that sorted right after we inspect the returned pair.

REFUND POLICY

REFUND POLICY

We issue refunds only if:  
1.⁠ ⁠You received a product different from what you ordered, or  
2.⁠ ⁠You received a damaged product upon delivery.  

All claims must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order.  
We do not offer refunds for size, fit, or change-of-mind reasons.

NOTE: Refunds will be sent to the same payment method you used at checkout.
